Please note for persons not using Dawson McAllister Association ministry assigned equipment (i.e. Remote HopeCoaches).  Due to the unfamiliarity with each unique remote HopeCoach’s system, we will unfortunately not be able to provide support for software installation difficulties.  We suggest that if you experience problems, contact one of the national PC support companies such as Geek Squad, PC On Call, CompUSA, etc.
