This year the HopeLine will receive over 75,000 calls from teens and young adults who are desperately seeking answers to their problems. A majority of these calls will come in on Sunday nights from 9:00 PM until 2:00 AM CST. There are also calls that come in every day of the week from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM CST. Who will be there to answer the telephone? HopeLine Hope Coaches voluntarily take upon themselves the task of answering these calls. Hope Coaches take calls from one of our regional call centers. If they are not in close proximity to a HopeLine Call Center, Hope Coaches may take calls from their own homes. (click here to view system requirements for taking calls from home).

The HopeLine provides mature Christian adults the opportunity to minister to the needs of hurting teens and young adults utilizing skills acquired in part through HopeLine training, which can now be completed online. If you would like to apply to become a Hope Coach and take calls in the evening, please click on the link above to find out more.
