I Hate My School
What do I do: I want a Christian Perspective
It might be easy for you to believe that God does not care much about school. The truth is that He does. In fact, God says that He wants you to give your best effort to whatever you do. If you are a student, you should be the best student that you can be. Not for the school, or for your parents, and not even for yourself: but for God (1st Corinthians 10:31). Since one of your biggest responsibilities as a teenager is to attend school (the government requires this) God will help you to overcome the problems that you are facing there.
God is big. Whatever is going on at school that has caused you to hate it is not bigger than God. Whether it is your family, your classmates, your difficulties completing the work, or some other reason that you hate your school, God offers to help. The Bible teaches that Jesus Christ is God and that he came to earth. While he was on here Jesus experienced temptations and life disappointments just like you. Because of this, Jesus can relate to you when you struggle at school. The best way to seek God’s help in overcoming your problems at school is to give your life to Jesus Christ and to become a Christian.
