Anger follows a predictable pattern; often an individual begins to feel stress over an issue. If they are able to deal with the stress in a positive manner, then they are fine. If, however, they do not deal with the stress quickly they begin to feel frustrated and angry. By this time, they recognize that they are in trouble because the anger builds and builds until it comes out. When it comes out it is typically damaging. Finally, the end result of anger is guilt.
