What is a Gapper?
Gappers are people who have committed to pray for others during our live broadcasts of The Prayer Show. A Gapper is someone who stands in the gap for others by going to God in prayer for them. It comes from the verse, Ezekiel 22:30: “I looked for someone who might rebuild the wall of righteousness that guards the land. I searched for someone to stand in the gap in the wall, so I wouldn’t have to destroy the land, but I found no one.”
Become a GAPPER and join our community of people praying!
When you decide to become a Gapper, you are committing to join our live broadcasts on Sunday nights at 6pm CT/7pm ET (#gapperonduty). You join the live prayer on Sunday nights, pray for those who need prayer, and post your own prayer needs.

What Gappers are Saying:
“I want to say that I love everyone here. Prayers go along way and I’d like to call all of you family. You truly are family to me and my wife.” – Anthony
“I became a Gapper to give. I want my hope, strength, and life experience to help someone else. The real drawing to be a Gapper is being able to pray and share my faith with others. We know that Jesus Christ is the only one that will completely heal us. Being a Gapper gives me hope. Often when I listen, I find my own solutions to my problems. I feel supported by your show. The show makes me feel useful.” – Paula
“It’s just nice feeling at home on the live show. The live show has made me feel more at home than any church has in months.” – Eric
“I feel like the weight of a house has been lifted off of my chest. I’m so pumped up about being a Gapper!” – Daniel
“I just want to let everyone know how much I appreciate you all. I often struggle with prayer alone, but the strength of this group lifts me up and takes a little bit of a weight off my heart and mind.” – Matt
“I can’t tell you enough how much your show and the Facebook live show means to me. I still don’t know how you appeared on my news feed that one day, but my life has been improving ever since that first day I asked for prayer and was adopted. Thank you so much for all that you do, and I pray that God blesses your life in the same awesome way that you ask Him to bless others.” – Julie
