Gretchen Lawson: It can be really normal to feel anxiety. Just because we’re experiencing some feelings of anxiety doesn’t necessarily mean that something is wrong with us. It is normal to feel feelings of anxiety at different seasons of our life. Again, a job change, moving to a new city, joining a new friend group, it’s very normal to have experiences like fear, not sure if you belong or feeling alone. And some of those normal life changes.
