If you find yourself not wanting to be around people, feeling afraid to be around people, not doing your normal activities, it can be really helpful to seek out a person to talk to, that might look like a counselor, and talk about how you’re feeling.
Gretchen Lawson: Sometimes when we’re feeling anxious or anxiety, our mind can feel very confused and our emotions can feel very messy. They also can feel really urgent. It’s good to take the time to talk about how you’re feeling and seek help.
