Anxiety – Is it okay to take medication for anxiety?

Gretchen Lawson: Taking medication can be a hard decision for some people. Some people can feel like it means they’re weak or there’s a stigma associated with taking medication. Taking medication can be a good option and a very wise decision in responding to feelings of anxiety. It’s a personal decision. It can be very helpful to talk to another person, perhaps a doctor or a counselor that can help you figure out if that would be a wise choice for you.
