Anxiety - How do I know what's causing my anxiety?


Gretchen Lawson: It can be hard to identify triggers of anxiety on your own. It may be helpful to seek help. It might be helpful to talk with a HopeCoach, and talk about what your day in and day out experiences are like, and when you feel the most anxious. In doing that, you can figure out what your triggers are. What are things that make you more anxious and begin to talk about how I can respond in healthy ways when feeling anxious? What are the beneficial things I can do when I'm feeling anxious?
