Suicide - Why do I feel suicidal?


Gretchen Lawson: There is a connection between depression and suicide. When we are feeling feelings of depression, we often can feel overwhelmed, sad. We can have distorted thoughts like the world would be a better place without me.

Gretchen Lawson: So yes, depression is connected to suicide. It would be really beneficial and helpful to talk to someone about your depression. There is hope to have relief from your thoughts and your feelings, to have relief from some of your symptoms of depression.
