Gretchen Lawson: I have people who walk in my office who want to know if grief will ever end, if there’s any hope of feeling differently than they do that day. Grief is a lifelong process. The good news, the hope is that the way you feel today is not how you will feel months from now, days from now, that grief is a process and you will feel intense emotions, but not forever.
