Time to Rest – It’s Okay to Do Less

Rest is important because without resting, we are more likely to get sick, to feel emotionally drained, and to overreact to stressful things in our lives. In some cases, doing less is an act of self-care. If you feel overwhelmed, it may be time to cut what’s not absolutely necessary out of your schedule or routine. Take time to slow down, rest, and heal so you can have energy for what matters most.
