I'm Afraid if I End My Toxic Relationship Other Relationships Will End - TheHopeLine.com

Gretchen Lawson: It can be really normal for us to be afraid that when we let go of one relationship, that other relationships will be affected. You matter, you're worth it. If you are in a relationship that is not encouraging to you, that is not building you up, you are worth finding a relationship that is. My hope is as you share with that particular friend group that might be connected to that relationship, why you're making that decision, that you will have people who will support and encourage you, people who value you and know that you're worth pursuing other healthy relationships.
