Lying – What if I relapse back into lying?

Lying – What if I relapse back into lying?

Gretchen Lawson: It will take time to practice truth-telling, especially if you’ve been a pattern of lying for a long time. It will take someone holding you accountable, someone who’s willing to ask hard questions, someone who knows you well, someone you feel safe with that can help you continue to practice truth-telling. And it’s important to be gracious with yourself. Especially if this has been a long term problem, it will take time to relearn how to be truthful. To stop a pattern takes time and there is hope that you can do it.
