How to Manage Your Anger

Controlling anger can be difficult, especially when we or someone we love has been treated unjustly. Acknowledging your anger and having some healthy coping mechanisms in place can keep things from getting out of hand. You may try things like meditation, deep breathing, or talking a walk.
